We are seeking a full-time dynamic and experienced Butchery Manager to join our team. As the Butchery Manager you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our Butchery department. You'll contribute to delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers while ensuring operational excellence in the seafood section.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead a team of skilled butchers, inspiring excellence in every cut.
- Ensure top-notch quality and freshness of our meat products.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation efficiently.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our community.

- Proven experience in butchery and meat processing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
