**About the role**

As the Price Integrity Manager, you’ll enable the delivery of value whilst ensuring compliance with all pricing laws and regulations through an error free price integrity system and processes that protects customers. You’ll be accountable for driving compliance and continuous improvement in pricing representation to customers that is clear, accurate and unambiguous.

To do this you’ll:

- Establish credibility as a strategic cross functional leader with key parts of the business to ensure price integrity alignment is achieved across the banners and business.
- Set and deliver the price integrity strategy, defining clear direction, approach and outcomes, influencing to gain agreement of relevant process across the business.
- Lead and drive compliance strategy and policies across various forums, working groups and projects, delivering comfortably in a matrix structure, driving governance to systemically reduce price integrity gaps.
- Establish standards, ensure appropriate audits and escalation processes to co-ordinate systemic issue resolution.
- Engage and educate the business on compliance, accountabilities and risks, driving adoption and implementation of price integrity practices across all business units.

**About you**

You’ll be a highly experienced commercial, pricing or financial manager with proven strategic thinking and analytical capability. Ideally you will also have cross functional experience in a retail or a large customer focused FMCG organisation.

You’ll also:

- Have a strong track record in people leadership and the ability to effectively maintain relationships and influence your immediate team, key stakeholders and the senior leadership team.
- Be technologically savvy with an ability to navigate systems.
- Have great commercial acumen with the ability to understand and articulate the financial and commercial implications of decisions.
- Have a good mix of big picture, high level thinking and be a hands on doer with a bias for action.
