Here at Carters we are well known for our excellent training and development which is available to anyone who works for us. Our team of learning facilitators ensure our staff are well equipped and ready for system changes, role changes and new initiatives. With 50 branches throughout the country, and 9 manufacturing sites, our learning facilitators are key to ensuring everyone is up to date with training and information - enabling our staff to do their job to the best of their ability.

We have a rare opportunity for a people oriented training facilitator to join the team. This role supports training sessions across the Central North Island region and provides on-the-job coaching.

**Responsibilities**:

- Integrating new systems and processes into our branches, manufacturing plants and sales teams in the field
- Facilitating training sessions and providing collateral that enable people to learn.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and provide ideas for process and system improvements.
- Support content development for on the job coaching
- Support logistics and implementation of business induction sessions for senior staff.
- Ensure relevant material meets key training criteria, and covers all learning styles and approaches to change.

Skills required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that allow you to work with others to coach, advise and inform clearly and in a way that is appropriate for your audience.
- Experience and knowledge of training and coaching with a proven record of delivery of on the job coaching.
- Strong people orientation and a collaborative and inclusive style.

The role requires frequent travel to sites within the Central North Island area.
