**About the temp opportunity**

This Corporate organisation are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to assist them for 20 hours per week (4 hours a day, Monday - Friday, morning to lunchtime) in the following areas:

- General administration and coordination
- Travel bookings
- Support to the GM
- Answering phone calls (mínimal)
- Organising events and/or catering
- Formatting of documents

**What you need**
- Previous reception and administration experience
- To be polished and professional
- Ability to use initiative
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent Communication and written skills
