**Sales and Service Administrator - Manukau**

**What You'll Do**:

- Be the bubbly face and voice of the business
- Engage with customers over the phone and in person, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and track orders. Making sure orders are accurately entered and progress is communicated effectively to meet customer expectations.
- Scheduling and coordinating sales orders, helping the manufacturing processes to run smoothly.
- Assist with administrative tasks and sales.

**What We're After**:

- Experience with sales order entry in a busy environment. Experience in a customer service/sales administration role.
- A person with a strong customer focus, who is self-motivated and results oriented.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to build lasting relationships and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good computer skills using MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel & Word. Great with numbers and accurate order entry. ERP experience is desirable.

**Join The Roofing Store**, where we manufacture to order and deliver top-quality results. We specialize in bespoke roofing solutions, including long-run and architectural roofing, wall cladding systems, spouting, and custom-made flashings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wiri 2104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
