**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our financial planning and analysis team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role offers the ability to partner with key stakeholders across the business and deliver strategic financial insights that drive our business performance. You will be responsible for supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering management and board reporting, and ensuring plans are achievable, actionable, and consolidated into broader business objectives.

This is a role where you will collaborate closely with business units and stakeholders, identifying key risks and opportunities. This is a unique role, where you have visibility over end to end performance of the business and the ability to get a big picture understanding of the business. There is significant learning and development within the role, with scope to increase responsibility and ownership of the processes.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

- Executive business performance reporting to ELT and Board.
- Preparation, development and consolidation of financial forecasts and budget.
- Preparation and distribution of reports in relation to all financial forecasting processes.
- Supporting the Integrated Business Planning cycle and processes throughout the business.
- Assembling and summarising financial data to be used in financial reports, conducting margin analysis, analysing results and providing commentary.
- Develop, automate and maintain financial and business performance reports to a high standard, in support of changing business needs, providing insights and recommendations as appropriate.
- Provide monthly updates on the financial risks and/or opportunities that may impact the company’s financial performance, managed through the risks and opportunities register and reported through the Business Performance Report.
- Continuous improvement of reporting and forecasting processes and tools.
- Support the development and automation of the milk price model.

This role can be based in our city centre office or the Dunsandel site and has flexibility to include work from home options.

**Skills and Experience**
- Good knowledge of financial and accounting processes and principles.
- Prior use of SAP [or equivalent ERP system] and Microsoft Power Suite.
- Experience working with large sets of data, breaking them down into meaningful, insightful outputs.
- Your will have strong communication skills to be able to engage with stakeholders and navigate competing priorities.
- You will have a strong focus and ability to work under pressure
