**About the Role**:
The Insight Access team is responsible for the curation, integration and communication of ACC research, data, and customer insight. We design, develop and maintain evidence products to meet and anticipate business needs, including Whetū Mārama - ACC’s data and evidence platform. We are looking for a **Senior Research Advisor **who will lead the analysis and synthesis of research, data and customer insight for Insight Access products and services, working closely with Insight Products Designers to provide technical rigor in the development and delivery of insight products.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the design and delivery of research across a portfolio of work to support ACC objectives. Particular focus is on managing the delivery of the research needs of the Insight Access team.
- Partner with the business and key stakeholders to identify research opportunities within the customer research portfolio.
- Undertake critical reviews of relevant external research to support the achievement of ACC initiatives.
- Build strong connections with key stakeholders, both internally and externally by providing expert advice on research.

**What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role**:

- A high level of demonstrated knowledge and skills and in undertaking primary research in quantitative methods including survey design.
- Project management skills and experience relating to research development projects.
- Excellent relationship management skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in commissioning and managing research projects from external researchers to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience in scoping and designing research activities to address key knowledge gaps, using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
