We now have a** permanent, full-time** opportunity to work as part of our Internal Communications team as a **Communications Advisor**

**The Role**

Our Internal Communications team is the crucial link for employee engagement; driving our people to create a positive culture and foster IAG's values, whilst positively influencing how our people communicate with each other.

The purpose of this role is to help tell great stories

You'll be creating and supporting relevant, timely and engaging content and initiatives, while managing the use of our communications channels so that people and leaders are informed and engaged in company news, views, issues and strategic direction.

We need a creative and thoughtful Communications Advisor who can produce engaging campaigns that incorporate a range of media including web content, video and digital media. This person will be driven by a desire to ensure our people are well connected, understand where IAG is going and what's the plan to get us there, and how they can contribute.

**Skills and experience**
- At least 2-4 years relevant communications experience
- Intermediate to advanced business writing skills - able to draft compelling story-based communications, and script write for video
- Be a fast, accurate and effective writer with proven attention to detail
- Experience in stakeholder management and relationships is essential as is a proven ability to influence and advise on communications approach
- Experience in developing, managing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of integrated internal communications campaigns is also required
- A flexible work style with the ability to manage shifting workloads and priorities
- Intermediate to advanced skills with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite e.g. Premier Pro, InDesign and Photoshop
- Intermediate photography and videography skills
