**About the role**:
As a Senior Consultant you will have strong test management experience at a senior level, and demonstrate passionate and enthusiastic leadership of the testing activities at a project or program level.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead, plan and deliver activities to an exceptional quality, within highly complex environments and agreed timeframes.
- Ability to communicate with C-suite/senior leader stakeholders to educate them on innovation/ROI.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to implement new test practices eg automation/tools for a great return on investment.
- Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Team as well as possible
- Collect and assess metrics against projects and regularly report test progress across your engagements to both clients and Planit seniors.
- Understand how to manage stakeholder expectations, seeking support from more senior Planit employees to handle more complex issues
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of how Planit’s work impacts on our clients, and how Planit’s recommendations for testing and quality practices can continuously add value to client lifecycles and and end-user satisfaction.
- Leading delivery initiatives both on and/or offshore
- Growing the Planit Agile capability through industry presentations, attendance of group meetups and publication of articles
**Experience**:
- Ideally 10+ years' experience in Test Management/Test Consultant experience covering all areas of SDLC/STLC across multiple industries
- Experience delivering agile transformation initiatives across enterprise organisations with a focus on scrum adoption and consistency of best practice
- Ability to perform a Test Process Optimisation (TPO) review when required, and presenting to clients your findings and recommendations
- Test mentoring and leadership: setting clear vision and directives for teams to gain buy-in including the Business
- Resource and work allocation, pipeline planning, tracking and activity management
- The ability to produce high quality presentations
