**Here’s what you’ll get involved in**
As HR Advisor for the NZ arm of a large and highly successful multi national organisation, this role will see you involved in all aspects of HR. You’ll be partnering with the NZ leaders, helping find great solutions to people challenges. Reporting to the Auckland based GM, this sole charge role is part of a global network of HR professionals who have regular virtual meetings.

This is your opportunity to take the strong HR foundations that have been set in NZ and build on them with your fresh perspective - helping the GM realise his goal of making the company even better than it is today

You’ll be happy to do whatever needs to be done. This includes HR admin and coordination duties, right through to rolling out global initiatives and partnering with the GM and senior leaders. Based from the Mt Wellington head office, this is a multi-site business, so you’ll need to be flexible to travel from time to time.

**Here’s what you’ll bring**
With great energy and drive, you take a commercial and pragmatic approach to HR. Your strong communication and relationship building skills mean you can effectively build credibility and influence. You must have experience across the full HR remit in your career to date and are now looking for more accountability. Your experience will ideally include working on and rolling out initiatives in culture, talent and leadership, as well as confidently handling ER cases and people issues that come along. And your approach is organised and structured, meaning you’re able to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders. You’ve ideally worked in diverse environments, with a mix of office and operational employees, and have ideally worked within a global context.

The salary package is made up of a base salary, plus bonus and car.
