The Scanning Bureau is
integral in the digitalising of paper patient records in a timely way so as to
ensure access to these notes by the wider organisation, and clinicians in
particular, prior to patient appointments.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 80
hours a fortnight, rostered between 8.00AM and 8.00PM Monday to Friday. The
starting salary for this role is $51,291 per annum.

You will be well
organised, highly motivated, have good interpersonal skills and will enjoy the
challenge of multi-tasking and prioritising your workload. You will also have previous
administration experience, a good level of computer literacy, and the ability
to maintain high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and patient
confidentiality. Knowledge of patient management systems would be an advantage,
but is not essential as training will be provided.

Whatu Ora staff must have completed their primary course of NZ approved
COVID-19 vaccines as they have direct contact with patients and members of the
public.
