We are looking for **full-time/part-time** community focused Dispensary Technicians with customer care at heart.

With community and patient care at the centre of who we are, we are therefore looking for customer focused and service-oriented Dispensary Technicians to join our growing and well-loved family business.

**In this fast paced, dynamic role you will be responsible for**:

- Assisting customers with their prescriptions and general enquiries
- Assisting Pharmacists in dispensing medications
- Counselling customers about medication under supervision
- Dispensary stock management and replenishment
- Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

**Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills**:

- Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player- Excellent verbal & written communication skills- Exceptional customer service skills- Experience working in the dispensary- Strong eye for detail and accuracy- Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills**Certifications**:

- Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum**Physical Requirements**:

- Repeat the same movements- Stand for long periods of time- Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
