We have a number of clients seeking permanent and contract Service Desk Engineers. There are a mix of Permanent and long term contract troles available.

Our clients are well known household names and some of the best employers in New Zealand. Large enterprise sites and many people feel a strong sense of pride working for them. Due to organic growth opportunities have become available for to join their team.

Ideally you will have:

- 12 months plus IT support experience in an enterprise environment.
- Experience working in an Wintel Environment.
- Basic Networking skills.
- Active directory.
- Professional pro-actve approach.
- Call Logging System Experience - BMC, HEAT, Service Now or Connectwise.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- ITIL experience and knowledge
- Process Improvement

You will need to be well versed in relationship building, influencing and sharing information.
