**Job Description** Summerset at the Course, Kelvin House in Trentham is looking for an exceptional Night-time Caregiver on a 7-month fixed term basis**

At Summerset we are here to bring the best of life to our residents. To do this, we know we need to take care of our people to form a team who are strong enough to care, operate as one team, and strive to do their best.

This is a busy and diverse role, assisting residents with their day-to-day activities such as showering, delivering meals and much more. Therefore, you will need to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best in personal care.

This role is for full time, fixed term employment, working 60-80 hours per fortnight.

**Qualifications**
- have experience in aged care and or have a qualification relevant to the role.
- have genuine compassion for all kinds of people from all walks of life.
- be a team player and be able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks.
- be available to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern (including mornings, afternoon and weekends).

- An enthusiastic and supportive team that is fun to be part of
- $25.39-$29.95 per hour based on your experience and or qualifications
- Weekend rates of an additional **40 percent** of the hourly rate
- Night rate allowance of $1.00 per hour in addition to wages for hours of work of 11pm - 7am Sunday evening to Friday morning
- Time and one half for all work or shifts over 8 hours in a day
- Social sporting teams, meal allowances, clothing allocation and discounts at a range of suppliers plus much more
