**As a Caregiver at our **Trentham Village** you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is varied and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.

**This is a Fixed-Term role ending 31 December 2026, working 7am-3pm on a 4-on-2-off roster.**

Typical duties include:

- Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes
- Aiding with hygiene, such as showering
- Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises
- Helping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis etc

**Qualifications**:
You will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient, and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people’s lives.

You’ll bring with you:

- Experience in aged care or a similar role
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Commitment to a rotational roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts
- Ability to work a roster pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off
