You will have a passion for prestigious cosmetic skincare, while also demonstrating high levels of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with the motivation and commitment to achieve targets. You will be a self-starter with a high standard of personal presentation and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.

To support the ethos of La Prairie you will work towards maximizing the retail performance targets. You will have the opportunity to work with our incredible existing clients whilst working towards recruiting new customers to the brand. We have a world class beauty room available for the exclusive use of La Prairie clients.

**Main responsibilities**
- To achieve sales by using La Prairie’s selling and Training guidelines.
- You have the chance to utilize our beauty room to enhance the customer experience and host on/off counter events.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all store based colleagues
- Your passion for understanding luxury is essential along with your commitment to the highest standards of service.
- Set daily goals and review throughout the day
- Listen and identify customer needs
- Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation.
- Proactively support events to generate business
- Ensure customer records are kept up to date.
- Ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well maintained
- Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge is key for success.

**Additional Information**
This position is 35 hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday.

To be the successful applicant for this position, previous cosmetics retail experience with proven sales skills is essential, at Counter Manager level. A Beauty Therapy qualification is preferable but not essential.
