We are currently recruiting for Beauty Consultants to join Life Pharmacy Northlands as an Estee Lauder Counter Manager; within this role you will achieve budgeted retail sales, by demonstrating your excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and in-depth product knowledge.

If you are successful you will possess a strong retail background with proven sales performance in the skincare, fragrance or cosmetic field. You will thrive on being proactive, results orientated and passionate about customer service. Teamwork and flexibility will be required with the assigned working hours, including weekend work. Within our team we also need a flexible person who is happy to help out with other brands and general pharmacy sales and advice.

**This is a Permanent Full Time position, rostered 37 hours across 5 days across Monday to Sunday.**

**Your skills will include**:

- We would love a Fully qualified Make Up artist or a successful career in the industry.
- A passion for the beauty industry with desire to succeed and grow the counter.
- A flair for health initiatives and running promotions.
- Excellent communication/customer service skills and a high standard of presentation
- Prior Counter Manager experience
- Sales Target focused
