Grow you banking career and join our small diverse Business Cards and Merchant team at Kiwibank. As a Business Card and Merchant Specialist you will:

- Support customers with conducting product analysis and providing merchant product services tailored to our customers’ needs.
- Manage risk compliance, documentation and fraud investigations.
- Create Business Credit cards and load the cards into the system.
- Handle maintenance request for both Business Cards and Merchants
- Deliver daily updates to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams on status, approvals, and request timelines.
- Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement projects.
- This is a one-year fixed term contract opportunity._

- Prior banking experience in contact centre, branch or banking operations is preferred.
- Strong numeric capability and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is beneficial.
- High attention to detail with good investigative skills to pick up anomalies.
- Good communication and ability self-manage your workload.
