**Key skills required for this role**:

- Empathetic leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing leaders within your team
- Demonstratable experience of innovation through people, processes and technology
- An ability to partner with executive leaders and deliver on key business change initiatives
- A deep understanding of how complex IT environments work and how to navigate their many challenges
- A history of delivering on multiple priorities utilising your expert planning skills
- Expert budget management skills, with the ability to make smart commercial decisions
