Door to Door Sales Person

A hardworking Door to Door sales professional with the skills needed to deal with people from every walk of life daily. The applicant will be primarily based in Auckland but may also be required to travel to other sites in the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Hawke’s Bay region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Work in assigned territory, as per targets set by the management.
- Explaining competitively priced service plans to customers.
- Planning and scheduling door-to-door routes.
- Connect with clients on social media
- Network with other local businesses
- Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient customer services, as well as resolving complaints
- Convincing people of the benefits of products and services.
- Processing payments from customers if required.
- Filling in forms with customers and completing all administrative tasks.
- Monitoring sales activities and proactively taking necessary action to re-direct efforts as needed.
- Prepare sales report
- Complying with all operational and regulatory rules.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of private customer information.

**Hours**
- 30 hours Minimum per week
- 50 hours Maximum per week

**Requirements**:

- Should have eagerness to learn and grow
- Experience/Qualification not mandatory
- Necessary training will be provided
- Can quickly adapt a sales approach to fit a customer’s personality.
- Demonstrating products and their benefits to customers.
- Problem solving under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to walk around for long periods.
- Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
