Are you an experienced parts professional looking for your next role? Castle Hill BMW has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our supportive team

**About the Role**:
Utilising your industry knowledge and experience, you will be providing professional product advice and exemplary customer service to internal (workshop) and external customers alike. You will be a key contributor to the department's continued commercial success.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Ensuring all customer orders for parts are interpreted correctly and dispatched promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods whilst maintaining the warehouse and required stock levels.
- Keeping fully abreast of changes in products, technology and manufacturers expectations.

**About You**:

- Experience working in a Parts environment, with previous interpretation experience
- Have a customer focused mentality
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and the Aftersales, workshop environment
- Experience working in fast paced environment
- Hands on experience with the Reynolds & Reynolds Computer system and BMW products will be viewed upon favorably
- Valid NSW drivers License
