Our state-of-the-art showroom and service facility is spread over 2 levels featuring an 8-car showroom, including dedicated 'M' performance area, pre-owned vehicle area, café, customer lounge and entertainment area. Service customers will have access to a large service reception area and a state of the art 10 bay workshop.

Part of the Sime Darby Motors Group, **Castle Hill BMW** is more than just a showroom - it encompasses all that is BMW under one roof. A new and exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Assistant Service Manager** to join the service team at our state-of-the-art dealership.

**About the role**:
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be an integral part of a team of service advisors striving to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will lead by example and ensure the department delivers the highest level of service to our guests whilst meeting or exceeding set KPIs and providing a motivating and engaging environment for our staff.

This position would suit a high achieving Service Advisor that wants to join an energetic, passionate dealership looking to continuously improve.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience in a Service Advisor role will be highly regarded
- Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands
- Effective leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to liaise with management, staff, guests and contractors.
- Passionate about customer service and satisfaction.
