**You Will Be**:

- Proactively servicing a Personal Lines portfolio
- Liaising with clients and underwriters regarding new business, quotations, renewals, and endorsements
- Partnering with the Claims team to manage the claims process
- Dealing with ad hoc broking/admin duties
- Providing the highest level of customer support to clients and other stakeholders
