**The role**: Based in Onehunga, Auckland, All Guard is looking for an organised Accounts Allrounder, with great attention to detail. You will be responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable, keeping the portfolios up to date, along with general day-to-day administrative duties. We are looking for someone with a ‘can-do' attitude, who is dedicated to maintaining quality and providing excellent customer service. You will need to keep in contact with debtors, ensuring their accounts up to date; following up any bad debts; ensuring all suppliers invoices are entered into the system to ensure timely payment to our creditors. You will prepare monthly Financial Statements/Accounts for taxation purposes and perform credit checks.

**What we're looking**:

- Experienced in Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
- Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, NetSuite, Fathom HQ, Coupa, SAP Ariba highly desirable)
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- An analytical mindset and inclination for problem solving
- A team player, with a positive work ethic, who can work autonomously
