We have an exciting Cybersecurity Sales Specialist role open in our Global Security Sales Organisation Our team is looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded sales professional with a real passion for delivering best-in-class solutions that protect our customers from cybersecurity threats. You will be responsible for sales of the Cisco Secure portfolio to an assigned set of customers.
You are a results-oriented, self-starter who builds trusted relationships and develops and executes sales strategies. Your solid technical and business foundation means that you are well equipped to help our customers use technology to meet their goals. Your strategies will maximise Cisco’s opportunity within the customer environment, position and promote the partner and customer value proposition for Cisco’s Security Architecture, articulate Cisco’s product and business strategies, and build the demand that makes deals happen

**In this role, you will be required to**:

- Develop and lead security account plans and strategies, for existing as well as potential customers in your assigned territory. Use all available resources to drive growth (executive sponsors, marketing, technical, services, Cisco on Cisco, etc).
- Drive revenue growth through new project identification, creation, and attach opportunities.
- Assist customers in developing a business case for Cisco security investment.
- Forecast and report activity accurately in line with expectations using SFDC
- Identify major projects within accounts and leading activities to maximise product and services revenue across the account base. You will do this through you own initiative, and via internal relationships across the Cisco sales organisation.
- Provide customers and partners with pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required
- Forge high-level relationships within critical strategic accounts to win incremental product and service business
- Partner closely with technical resources to ensure technical perfection in all positioning, competitive analysis, proposals, and exchanges Team with Cisco authorized channel partners on sales opportunities bringing to bear their capabilities where appropriate.

**Who You’ll Work With**:
Who You Are
You’re a Security seller who thrives in dynamic environments, is goal oriented and takes ownership of driving results. You’ re an expert in selling complex software-based solutions, with success in selling cloud-edge security, XDR, SASE and Zero Trust solutions. With your presales and direct touch sales expertise, combined with background working in a matrixed organization and with partners to maximize results, you have a consistent record of over achievement. Large, complex deal management experience is one of your key skill sets as well as ability to build go-to-market plans. You can execute against a territory of account and partner plans across multiple geographies, industries and accounts, factoring in a total systems-based security approach.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of overall sales experience with at least 5 years selling Security solutions
- Validated/quantifiable track record of over-achievement
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, adept at communicating with both a technical and a business audience
- Good all-round knowledge of Security Market, Channels, and End-Users
- Self-starter comfortable working remotely and in-person
- A Bachelors level degree or equivalent technical qualification
