As a Solution Architect, you will be a key member of the Business Applications - MS Dynamics 365 CRM/ Customer Engagement team. Your role will be to assist in identifying and creatively solving complex customer problems, ensuring quality solution design and successful implementations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the architecture, design and implementation of D365CE solutions for our clients
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and integration plans.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Architect
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies, such as REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
- Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
