**Your new role**

As a Cloud Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimising my client’s Azure-based cloud solutions. Your focus will be on building robust cloud capabilities, ensuring security, and maximising cost-effectiveness. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and elevate their cloud ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**
- Cloud Strategy Development:_
- Create a well-informed cloud strategy that aligns with our business goals.
- Infrastructure Design and Implementation:_
- Design and implement cloud solutions, including servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
- Optimise performance and scalability to meet organisational needs.
- Security and Compliance:_
- Collaborate with IT security to monitor and enhance cloud privacy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Cost Optimisation:_
- Identify cost-effective solutions while maintaining high performance.
- Monitor resource utilisation and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Technical Leadership:_
- Stay updated on Azure technologies and trends.
- Communicate complex cloud reports effectively to management and IT partners.

**What you'll need to succeed**

My client is looking for a proven cloud architect with hands-on experience in building out Azure Cloud capabilities, infrastructure design, and security. It is integral that you have excellent communication and collaboration abilities as you will be working throughout the business. The ability to travel to the site once a month is required.
