Join us as an experienced Finance Business Partner within our FMCG business and play a pivotal role in driving performance, supporting strategic decisions, and contributing to overall business unit success. Your financial acumen will empower you to collaborate closely with key stakeholders, providing meaningful insights and fostering consistency in analytics.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive client margin, pricing, and volume analyses
- Prepare and update crucial expense analyses, including advertising, promotional spend, and supply chain costs
- Lead and coordinate financial planning activities for the P&L, NOC, and cash flow within the FMCG business unit
- Offer financial advice and analysis for strategic initiatives, business development, and new opportunities
- Support evaluations, due diligence, and integration processes for M&A opportunities
- Provide financial oversight and input for contract renewals
- Propose, develop, and project manage process improvement initiatives
- Cultivate and maintain active relationships with key stakeholders

**Your Qualifications/Skills**:

- Degree in Financial, Business, Economics, or Accounting
- Membership with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) - fully qualified
- Minimum 8 years of finance experience in a medium/large organisation, ideally with 3 years at a team lead or senior level, ideally in FMCG
- Hands on experience in SAP (or similar environment) with expert Power BI skills
- Project management experience
- Virtual project integration skills
- Ability to synthesize complex data for insightful recommendations
- Change management expertise
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional and cross-divisional teams
- Strong communication skills
