**The role**
As a member of our team of Cloud Consultants, you will enjoy a variety of project and managed services engagements, and be able to:
- Provide technical advice to our key managed services clients
- Consult with a variety of clients, across multiple domains and situations
- Strive for continuous improvement to how we engage with, support and manage our clients
- Deliver solutions by helping internal and customer teams as well as hands-on delivery work
- Form and grow long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Share your knowledge and expertise with the wider business
- Participate internally within Equinox IT, be mentored and contribute to the ongoing development of services we provide
**What we are looking for**
- A focus on Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Exposure to other cloud providers like AWS and Google Cloud would be advantageous, but not required for this role.
- Experience working in a support role.
- Growth mindset with a desire to obtain Microsoft certifications if not already achieved
- Empathy - this is crucial to your success in understanding a client's needs
- Breadth and depth of hands-on infrastructure experience, covering Security, Networking, Operations, and Operating Systems modernised to cloud-based technologies
- Superb communication skills, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge through coaching, mentoring and training.
