**YOUR ROLE**

We’re looking for multiple Personal Insurance Consultants to join our dynamic and engaging team in Auckland and Christchurch. Working from both your home and the office, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and focused on converting enquiries into right cover and retention outcomes.

You’ll be working in a high-energy, repetitive environment, while handling challenging customer conversations and evolving with the businesses changing needs. Shift Pattern: This is a permanent, full-time position. You’ll be working 5 days across Monday to Friday, anywhere between 7:30am - 6:30pm, and on Saturday between 8:30am-5:00pm.

Training: 7-week training period.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Prior experience in a sales role (hospitality, retail or similar)
- Experience achieving results andmeeting targets
- Ability to work autonomously in a virtual working environment and under skills and experience
- Customer service experience, including managing complaints and negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative, resilience, courage and the ability to problem solve
- Happy to work from home and engaging with your team via instant messaging

Note: to work from home, you’ll need: high speed internet connection and a private home office set up. Training will be completed virtually.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
