**Job Description**:
Our Location Planning chapter members support our customer mission tribes by making sure we have the right amount of stock in store at the right time so our customers can complete their shopping mission and we can achieve our financial targets.

We work alongside our Commercial Planning and Integrated Supply Chain chapter members to ensure we optimise our replenishment levels for our products at their ranged locations so that stock can be allocated and flow through to stores efficiently to maintain our availability targets.

Your day could include anything from data extraction and analysis to identify optimal product depth levels, allocating orders to meet upcoming promotional demand, to resolving stock flow pain points for our supply chain.

**Qualifications**:
With a curious mind for ‘how we can do better’, you are passionate about diving into the numbers and data and uncovering insights through sound analysis plus understanding retail pain points and contributing towards building solutions. Our agile ways of working will see you working cross-functionally using your top-notch collaboration skills and can-do approach you bring to work every day.

We are looking for someone ideally with:

- Business analysis experience; retail experience/understanding will be advantageous
- Passion for numbers, numerical and analytically minded
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Inquisitive and curious nature
- Highly resilient and adaptable working in our fast-paced dynamic environment
- Team mindset to learn and support as they grow
- Customer first delivery at the heart of everything they do
