The Clinician Engagement Specialist New Zealand, is responsible for managing and supporting strategies designed to retain clinician talent and ensure seamless succession planning within the organisation. The incumbent will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of a clinician's experience, from onboarding and induction to ongoing engagement and offboarding. The role is pivotal in fostering a positive, consistent, and cohesive experience for clinicians, ensuring they feel supported, connected, and valued at every stage of their tenure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Onboarding & Induction**: Assist with the clinician's onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming induction into the practice. This includes providing essential resources, information, and guidance to set the clinician up for success.
- ** Engagement & Retention**: Support the implementation of strategies to engage clinicians, drive job satisfaction, and improve retention. Work closely with clinicians to understand their needs and career aspirations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
- ** Succession Planning**: Contribute to effective succession planning strategies by identifying and developing internal clinician talent, ensuring continuity and leadership development within the organization.
- ** Offboarding Support**: Manage the offboarding process for clinicians who are transitioning out of the organisation, ensuring a professional and respectful exit experience while gathering feedback to improve retention strategies.
- ** Clinician Experience**: Maintain consistent communication and connectivity with clinicians to ensure ongoing support, addressing any issues promptly, and facilitating their needs throughout their career journey with the organization.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments, including support office functions, to ensure a seamless and coordinated experience for clinicians. Collaborate with practice managers and leadership teams to ensure clinician satisfaction and retention.
- ** Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and refine the Clinician Engagement process to ensure it aligns with organisational goals and best practices, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

**Qualifications** Key Attributes**:

- Proven experience in clinician or employee engagement, retention, and onboarding processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clinicians and stakeholders.
- High level of organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of succession planning strategies and talent development.
- Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
