**About us**:
Hello Beasty opened in November 2018 and is a modern, lively and fast-paced eatery on Auckland’s viaduct. We celebrate contemporary NZ food, inspired by the cuisines of Japan and Korea. This is a dynamic new food concept for Auckland, focusing on excellent cuisine, an upbeat atmosphere and exceptional guest service.

We’re independent owner-operators with a tonne of hospitality experience and a passion for serving exceptional food and beverage. We’re absolutely faithful to quality, and believe that great food and service is a demonstration of care and regard for others. **Qualities we are looking for in our new bar team member**:
You get a kick out of making others feel good

You genuinely care about people, find it easy to build rapport & understand that your job isn’t just confined to behind the bar

You know that the small touches can make the biggest impact, attention to detail makes you happy

You are knowledgeable, creative and passionate

You can make a mean Negroni, can confidently make excellent wine recommendations and know your way around a coffee machine

You have good energy levels, a ready smile, and enjoy the hustle of running a busy restaurant bar

You have a solid work ethic, you’re a team player - you turn up and get it done

You are a naturally good communicator and find it easy to converse with customers, team and management of all levels. Excellent spoken English is required.

You have a strong desire to learn from others, and grow your own skills.

**The role - we are currently looking to recruit one full-time and one part-time bar team member**:
Providing excellent levels of customer service at all times

Working in a busy bar catering for up to 150 guests each evening. Mostly making drinks for guests in the restaurant, also hosting any guests waiting in our small bar area

Making drinks to a high and consistent standard while maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, keeping up with world beverage trends as well as local offerings

Working on the floor, understanding of order of service, greeting customers, taking payments

Having a sound understanding of NZ Liquor Licensing Laws and adhering to them at all times

**What we offer you**:
Regular shifts and hours - you will be required to work nights and weekends - we usually finish around 11.30pm-midnight
