**Job Description**:
We have an extraordinary team at our very busy hotel and we need a peoples person to join us: with a sense of fun and adventure but a very resilient nature as it is challenging all day everyday.

Overview of duties
- Ensure a smooth and efficient experience delivered to all guests at registration, during their stay and at check out.
- Accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations whilst observing policy and procedures for the hotel operation.
- To ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction & service is offered and maintained at all times in relation to welcoming guests to the hotel complex,
- The transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property
- Responding to guest requests for assistance and or information

**Qualifications**:
Experience in Opera will be an advantage but training will be provided

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Front Office experience

Computer savvy

Experience in dealing with challenging situations and having great out comes

$26 - $28.18
