Service Delivery Coordinator | Whangarei | Permanent Full-Time
- $28.45 per hour paid fortnightly
- Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 3:30PM (incl. 30min lunch break)
- Location: 35 Union Street East, Whangarei

The Service Delivery Coordinator supports and shares frontline leadership responsibility alongside the Service Delivery Manager at NZ Post. The focus is on engaging our workforce in the processing and delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way.
You'll keep the team up to speed with organisational changes, help develop their skills to grow their careers, recognise and reward performance and manage performance issues.
With no direct reports, you'll have delegated responsibility to carry out most of the leadership duties on site. You are the day-to-day link between the Couriers, Delivery Agents, Contract Posties, RD Contractors and Box Lobby staff, ensuring that resources are where they need to be.
