The hours and days for this Fresh Food Manager position are:
Sunday - 0730 - 1700
Monday - 0730 - 1700
Tuesday - 0730 - 1700
Wednesday - 0730 -1700
Thursday - 0730 - 1700

In this varied role working across our Bakery, Produce, Deli, Meat and Seafood departments, you could expect to be:

- Overseeing the production and quality of our products ensuring the best for our customers
- Training and developing department managers in the fresh food area
- Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors
- Ensuring a proactive approach to all compliance requirements, keeping these records up to date and adhered to

As well as sharing your passion for food, in our next Fresh Food Manager we are looking for:

- A demonstrated knowledge and passion for fresh food
- Strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong leadership skills to train and develop your team to ensure food safety is always top priority
- Excellent prioritization skills which will enable you to manage your workload
- First aid, general managers certificate and LCQ - preferred but not essential
