Are you passionate about climbing and love working with people of all ages? YMCA Taranaki is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and caring individual to help create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment at our climbing wall.

As a Climbing Wall Instructor, you’ll be part of a team that supports everyone—from curious preschoolers to adventurous adults—on their climbing journey. If you’re energetic, community-minded, and ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A willingness to learn and teach safe climbing practices.
- Basic knowledge of climbing techniques and equipment (or a keen interest to learn).
- Physical fitness and a love for active work.
- A friendly, approachable personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence working independently and with diverse groups.
- Experience leading children and/or adult groups is a bonus.
