**Job Description**:
As a Supply Chain Specialist you will play a critical role in driving measurable performance improvements across TWG’s distribution and fulfilment network. Partnering closely with Supply Chain and Logistics teams, this role combines advanced analytics, continuous improvement methodologies and strong stakeholder engagement to enhance efficiency, resilience and scalability across the network.

Reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement and Group Fleet, you will design, develop and maintain forecasting and analytical models that support resource planning, network optimisation and operational decision making. You will provide insight-led recommendations that enable the logistics network to achieve its strategic objectives today, while building capability for the future.

You will be Responsible for:
Data, Analytics and Systems

- Maintain high standards of data accuracy across ERP, forecasting and planning tools, ensuring item, supplier and order data supports operational efficiency.

- Design and build advanced analytical models to optimise cost, service and flow across the distribution network.

- Develop predictive models to anticipate labour, equipment and space requirements.

- Conduct scenario planning for peak trading periods, promotions and new product launches.

- Support logistics network redesign initiatives through detailed operational analysis.

- Pilot new technologies, layouts and tools, scaling successful initiatives across the network.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

- Develop, maintain and enhance KPI reporting to support operational performance management.

- Produce regular insights on availability, stock health, supplier performance and flow efficiency.

- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for leadership decision making.

- Deliver data-driven presentations to support business cases and secure executive buy-in.

- Facilitate performance reviews that embed accountability and continuous improvement principles.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Partner with Supply Chain, Distribution and Fulfilment Centre leaders to align operational activity with business objectives.

- Work cross-functionally to resolve supply issues, minimise delays and maintain product availability.

- Actively contribute logistics-specific insights throughout the lifecycle of improvement projects.

- Coach site leaders in continuous improvement methodologies and support structured change management.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost and enhance customer outcomes.

- Manage continuous improvement initiatives with clear governance, benefit tracking and stakeholder engagement.

- Leverage data and analytics to support business growth and evolving customer needs.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and global best practices, including automation, robotics, AI and advanced analytics.

Safety and Compliance

- Comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and all TWG health and safety policies and procedures.

- Promote a proactive safety culture through engagement, reporting and continuous improvement.

- Ensure operations comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.

- Participate in safety discussions, report incidents and risks, and support corrective actions.

Qualifications

Essential

- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain operations and logistics networks.

- Strong numerical and analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills.

- Experience working with supply chain systems, ERP and planning tools.

- Ability to analyse complex situations, solve problems and make sound, confident decisions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and succinctly.

- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions.

- Strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and development.

- Experience in forecasting, planning or operational analytics roles.

Desirable

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

- Retail or multi-site distribution experience.

- Proficiency in SQL.
