**ABOUT THE JOB**
This **Tuesday - Saturday 40 hours**role is for our next Store Manager, who will be passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience, going above and beyond their expectations.

To succeed in this role, you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for the Dotti customer. In addition you will be able to demonstrate:

- Have **exceptional leadership** skills - you can coach, motivate and inspire your super cool team to success.
- Be **proactive** in creating an experience for Dotti devotees that reflects our motto that fashion is fun
- **Like a busy, energetic and fun work environment** where the latest tunes pumping out of the stereo help you get the job done.
- Proven ability to achieve **sales, wages, KPI & shrinkage targets**:

- Possess **customer service** skills that are outta this world.
