If you are seeking a highly engaging work environment - this is the place for you **What You’ll Do** As **Solutions Architect - "Major Cybersecurity Vendor"**: You will provide an exceptional level of commitment to customer service and supplying customers with quality industry solutions. - Manages pre-sale and/or post-sale technical support activities - Assessment of how company products meet customer needs - Establishes and maintains lines of communication with design engineering on issues such as considerations for product reliability - Works with marketing and product managers to define new products and may provide insight from the field back to these groups - Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function **What You’ll Bring** - Knowledge IT industry and channel related to technologies is important (Cyber security products) - Extensive cyber security & technical product line knowledge - Proven experience in providing solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters - Relevant professional level industry certifications - Seasoned professional individual contributor - Ability to work independently with limited supervision - Ability to coach and review the work of junior professionals - Skills to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures - Confidently deliver technical training and enablement to partners **What’s On Offer** At Ingram Micro, we treat each other with dignity & respect, providing an environment where you are always encouraged to be yourself.
