**About the role**

We're looking for an experienced and motivated **Field Team Supervisor** to lead by example and help drive the successful delivery of field operations, with a particular focus on excavating around Council Services and Orion's electrical infrastructure.

In this role, you'll work closely with fellow **Field Team Supervisors and Project Managers** to ensure all work is carried out **safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard**, in line with project requirements and safety regulations.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Coordinating timely and appropriate resourcing for all allocated field work, including jointing tasks.
- Providing clear job information and instructions to set field teams up for success.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work meets health and safety standards.
- Monitoring quality and efficiency across field crews, especially in relation to jointing and electrical work within the electrical supply industry.
- Maintaining clear, proactive communication with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
- Identifying and managing variations or changes in scope early to minimise disruptions.
- Supporting a seamless, positive customer experience from end to end.
