- Thorough knowledge and experience in mentoring and training existing and new staff.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- A good work ethic, efficient and H&S conscious.
- Report writing and computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel and GPS/mapping software).
- Photography and handheld devices (tablets, GPS).
- A good level of fitness, as the role will require field work and site visits in a range of environments and terrain.

Preferred applicants should also hold CURRENT relevant qualifications and experience such as Growsafe (Standard or Registered Chemical Applicator), First Aid, SiteSafe (or similar), Chainsaw, 4WD, and Control Substances Licence (CSL). A clean full driver’s licence for manual vehicles is essential.

If you have a genuine passion for ecological restoration, experience carrying out fieldwork and have dependable administration and management skills, register your interest today.
