We are hiring a Digital Architect to join the team. In this role you will assist TAU to solve business problems in the digital landscape across above mentioned domains through robust, secure, reliable, and scalable solution designs and IT architecture patterns leading to performant and efficient systems.

The Digital Architect works across the business on multiple projects and programmes of work to evaluate business needs and determining solution options as well as provide technical expertise, leveraging assets and expertise from technology domains, aligning technology strategy and architecture with business goals.

You will be working with the Digital team and is a problem solver that works with peers to co-design and improve digital solutions to support the business goals.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a high level of problem solving and decision-making skills, using professional judgement. You will also bring:

- Proven capability in architecture design and implementation
- Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle
- Knowledge of project management and business analysis methodologies
- Negotiation skills around solution options with vendors and partners
- Absorbs complex information and communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
