The Role You Could Play

We’re looking for new Customer Care Specialists to join our team in New Zealand, with the options of working remotely from your current location, or a hybrid model if you are based in Auckland, what better time to join MECCA Customer Care?

What We Will Teach You

To manage all inbound customer enquiries to deliver the best possible customer outcome, regardless of the channel
- To be an expert in Beauty Loop and support the initiative by driving quality data capture, responding to customer enquiries and finding the root cause of customer issues
- To go above and beyond for customers requiring assistance with a missing/delayed parcel, OOS, part shipment etc.
- To be an expert on all MECCA Brands’ products and keep up to date with new product/brand launches and exits
- To deliver an outstanding customer experience to everyone (customers, store teams, general enquiries)
