Motion Entertainment are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their vibrant team. This exciting dual role offers the perfect blend of customer service and team leadership opportunities in a fun and fast-paced environment.

**Main responsibilities of the role include**:
Customer Service Excellence
- Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and conflict resolution professionally
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Set the standards for and maintain exceptional customer service

Team Leadership & Operational Oversight
- Supervision and leadership of team leaders and floor staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Coach, mentor and lead team leaders and floor staff, delegating tasks and managing day-to-day operational needs
- Stock management and ordering of supplies, merchandise and other supplies

**What are we looking for?**
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in people leadership or management
- A minimum of 12 months’ customer service experience
- Health and safety and first aid knowledge, preferably with comprehensive First Aid training
- A customer centric focus
- A friendly, positive, approachable demeanour, whilst able to maintain confidentiality

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional people skills, discretion and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team roster, with shifts scheduled between 10am and 10pm, seven days a week - because the fun (and the work) doesn’t stop on weekends or public holidays
