**What will you do?**

We are seeking an experienced Technology Operations Manager lead the performance, renewal and modernisation of technology infrastructure, support, and connectivity services across villages and construction sites. This leadership role will provide strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the seamless integration and optimisation of critical systems, including nurse call systems, data, security, and other essential technology infrastructure that support and sustain our village technology infrastructure.

As a key part of our structure, you will work closely with the operations team to ensure the technology we implement enhances operational efficiency and delivers the best possible living experience for our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the maintenance and optimisation of existing infrastructure to ensure consistent performance, reliability, security, and alignment with operational goals
- Ensure tight execution on infrastructure and operational plans with respect to resourcing, cost, time, and customer expectations
- Introduce and onboard new suppliers where applicable in the delivery of set up of villages, sites and offices
- Develop and maintain Group specifications for village technologies, ensuring quality documentation and governance is in place
- Support the set-up of new sites and villages from design planning stage through to staff on site
- Support the execution of Ryman's technology refurbishment programme, ensuring suppliers deliver to expectations and a successful outcome is achieved

**Who are you?**
- You have proven experience in managing operational technology systems such as CCTV, nurse call, cabling, and other critical infrastructure.
- You have in-depth knowledge of technology systems and best practices for infrastructure optimisation in the context of operational technology
- You have strong knowledge of IT security, compliance and best practices.
- You have exceptional leadership skills to build and motivate a high-performing team.
