**About this role**

As a Senior Content Strategist at Springload Te Pipîtanga you’ll:

- develop any content outputs necessary for successful delivery of content and improved content production, including information architectures, style guides, tone of voice guidelines standards and prototypes
- work with and support clients’ in-house teams to produce content — leading them where they may not have experience in-house
- work with our design and development teams and client content teams to ensure what we create meets the needs of content
- produce high quality content that meets business and user needs, making complex language and processes easy to understand
- deliver best practice content strategy to clients and mentoring others on content strategy
- plan, conduct and support discovery and evaluative research to inform and validate content strategy and design decisions
- plan and conduct activities to create, prototype, validate, iterate and communicate content strategy and content design decisions
- deliver complex and challenging projects from concept to delivery
- have an understanding of te ao Māori, and supporting clients to create content and products for Māori audiences
- seek out different angles and solutions to create work to sound standards and produce highly effective experiences, platforms and products on deadline with some direction from a Director.

**Required skills and experience**

**Skills required for this role**:

- fully capable of working directly with content clients, vendors and other third party contacts on large-scale content and IA projects
- fully capable of taking substantial features from concept to delivery as the sole content team member on a project
- strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- warmth and authenticity in any interactions, keeping people at the heart of what we do
- commitment to working collaboratively with others in the team, creating a sense of unity and enabling everyone to contribute to the decision-making process
- 5+ years experience in content strategy and design, preferably including complex, multi-stakeholder digital products
- Agency experience.

**Other experience we’d love**:

- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and ability to work within both
- Business or cultural transformation experience.
