**What you’ll be doing**

We’re looking for a full time Associate Electronics Engineer to join our Product Development team.

This role will be responsible for designing, developing and testing electronics systems to be used in Aroa’s medical devices. This includes ensuring the devices meet all safety and regulatory standards and involvement in the development of new product ideas and product improvement initiatives.

**Key responsibilities **_: _**
- Work with the Product Development team to support the design and development of new products and processes
- Work with relevant departments to ensure new medical products are compliant with all relevant standards and requirements
- Identify, select and implement new systems as required to support the development and commercialisation of new medical devices
- Present written reports withing the framework of the quality system
- Foster strong and productive working relationships across all internal departments and stakeholders

**What you’ll bring**
- A tertiary qualification in Mechatronics / Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 1 years’ experience working in an electronics product development environment
- Demonstrated technical capabilities in the design, development and implementation of electronics systems
- Experience in designing power electronics/analogue or digital circuits
- Experience in developing circuit schematics and PCBA layout (Altium or equivalent)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working approach

You will be a fast learner with the ability to effectively prioritise competing workloads.

Based in Airport Oaks with easy access to the motorway, there is plenty of parking available around our offices. Our teams are flexible, with a mix of being in office + working from home. We also have an on-site gym, which is available for individual use, or jump in to one of our bootcamp or yoga classes.
