**The role**

You will be the face of the AA, offering a customer-centric approach to those that visit our AA centres. We are looking for a passionate person with a track record in achieving quality sales and service with great customer outcomes in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Customer Sales Consultant you will be trained the AA way and be involved in a variety of tasks, most importantly identifying customer needs to provide the right AA products, this also includes processing driver licensing and vehicle registration transactions.

**What do I need to succeed?**
- A track record in providing quality service
- Sales experience and the ability to achieve KPIs
- Have great communication skills
- You must be able to learn quickly
- Enjoy dealing with customers
- You will be part of a team, so collaboration is an important part of the role.
