**Employment Relations Consultant**
- Are you an Employment Relations expert looking to join an employment relations focused team?
- Based at our Auckland Regional Office, in Ellerslie
- Permanent, full-time opportunity

We're keen to hear from professionals with strong employment relations / legal / HR backgrounds who are interested in working at our large and diverse Ministry.

**About the role**

We have a strong focus on people's wellbeing and work life balance. Our talented team consists of dedicated individuals located around the country who are supportive and encouraging of one another and come together regularly. Although your role is relatively autonomous, you will have a support network in the wider team who understand the business and can provide you with their professional support and guidance.

**Skills and experience**
- An expert knowledge of employment legislation and processes
- Experience working constructively with stakeholders including lawyers, unions and the Mediation Service
- A systemic thinker, able to identify cause and effect
- A self-starter who is effective working independently as well as part of a team

**Position Description**Salary range: $120,870.00 - $150,416.00**
